  • Guest：The stay was exceptional ***** with staff service. Firstly about the checkin, the checkin was super smooth, the welcome drink was nice and Pallavi Assisted us during the checkin, we were given the early checkin and a room upgrade to the river view. The room was very nicely prepared and the staff also arranged a cake since I was celebrating my mom’s birthday. Secondly about the restaurant, the staff is too good, they are very friendly and courteous. Especially Mr. Gaurav, Harish Sanjay and rohit. They all are exceptional. The food is next level, especially the kumaoni chicken curry special thanks to chef as well. The breakfast service by Gaurav, sanjay, harish and rohit was main highlight of our breakfast. They were very quick and super friendly :) Overall I’d say the property is perfect and the staff is cherry on top. Their services are prompt. I would definitely visit the property again and would recommend other people as well.
  • Guest：Worthy of our time and again would love to come back. Property is literally gold with mango courtyard and calm riverside. Like residing in nature but with amenities. Breakfast is full of variation and tasted delicious. Hi tea is really worth the hype with mesmerising view. Service and staff is something that makes or breaks the deal and here at VOCO it lights me up when just an ask and you get the needful done. Highly appreciate your service. The dinner was the only time when I didn’t feel quite happy about the food or the variation as a Non-vegetarian. The Non veg preparation could have been better in buffet spread. Deserts were good. Towels could have been better. And have a health care provider on call, just in case because when someone is hurt, family sometimes gets scared and want a medical attention more then a first aid without having to run out of the hotel with the injury.
